friendly staff canal view quality toiletries prompt service
The staff was cute. They promptly addressed a small issue with the room setup. The canal view from my room was picturesque. I found the provided toiletries to be of good quality (Aesop products!).
The stairs are a bit steep, which might be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.

The room featured a rainfall shower. It worked PERFECTLY. Breakfast included fresh juice and a selection of pastries. The pastries were AMAZING!!!
The steep staircase was a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.

I stayed in a Small Double Room Little Prince Courtyard View. It was charming! The bed linens felt so soft. Breakfast included fresh pastries. The presentation was very nice.
The elevator felt a bit slow.

low ceilings blocked entrance
the staff were attentive and very professional.
i was relegated to the basement. i didn't expect to be fighting with garbage bins blocking the entrance to my room. the ceilings were low , and the room was not well set up to be useful.
